Mission and Vision

Mission

Mission of our department; to serve the development of the gastronomy sector of the country and to be the university's window to the business world by raising qualified graduates who are are equipped with basic knowledge, skills and research techniques; thuswise ready to contribute to the gastronomy and culinary arts for nationally and internationally.

 

Vision

Our vision is to be known as a competent department in the field of Gastronomy, which is becoming more and more famous in the world, by educating entrepreneurial, researcher, socially responsible gastronomes who can perceive and interpret the change and development around them, have universal and ethical values, integrated with theory, practice and technology, and thus serve the values of our university.
